Depending on whose private property it is and what you are doing with the gun, you could be charged with trespassing, stalking, burglary, brandishing a firearm, or more. Search ]10 20 life]

If you are a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, you can be arrested for that anywhere, anytime.
If you not a felon in possession and are the property owner, or have consent of the owner, then you aren't subject to arrest for simple possession and carrying. Doing anything else with a firearm could result in charges, yes.
