You can be held without bail until trial. Your attorney can file a motion to lower your bail. The police have the right to question you. You have the right to remain silent and to have an attorney present during questioning. If you give up the right to remain silent, enjoy your prison sentence.

Until the trial is over. They can question you, and you have the right to remain silent. Exercise it.

You can be held without bail until you are sentenced. The police can question you, and if you don't want to talk to them, exercise your fifth amendment right to remain silent and tell them so.
