The jail time that's possible is YEARS. You should be asking for the name of a highly qualified attorney to represent you. You definitely need to find a very good law firm to fight for you. Call us if you want to discuss all the facts, so that I can give you advise on what you need to do...........David Wallin. ( 661-267-1313 )

Any misdemeanor carries up to a year in Jail.

Any felony carries one or more years in State Prison.

You have a handful of charges, and face a whole bunch of time.

If you foolishly just plead guilty, the judge will sentence you to what the statute[s] call for.

The proper questions are, can any evidence obtained in a test, search or statement be used against you, can you be convicted, and what can you do?

I suggest you hire an attorney that knows how to handle this. If serious about doing so, feel free to contact me.
