Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
A man that I have never slept with is saying that I gave him hiv. What are my options to protect myself and can i Sue the man for wrongfully accusing me?

It is likely your word versus his about sex, unless you have already admitted to that. If you sue him, it might prompt him to sue you for the 'infection', which is a high value lawsuit. That assumes you have an STD such as Herpes, HIV or AIDES. If you can prove through medical evidence you don't, then that is a defense.
