Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
marijuana possesion
I was cited for misdemeanor marijuana possession and I received an order for deferred entry of judgment. As part of the order I am to enroll in drug counseling where I will be drug tested. If I obtain my 215 medical marijuana card is it possible that a positive drug test violate the terms of the deferred entry?
