massage parlor raid

I was at a massage parlor that was raided, Nothing was going on and I was not arressted, Can they still give my name to the media?

"Can they?" Sure. Anybody can do anything they like, and they frequently do. That's what makes lawsuits and criminal cases for lawyers.

'Should they'? Depends on all the facts and rules. If 'they' do, and you believe the law and your privacy have been violated, then you can consider taking appropriate action.
