Never met my parole officer
I was released in December of '06 and have yet to meet my Parole Officer.I was told by the officer of the day to just come in and fill out my monthly reports and not to worry. His resoning behind this advice was my not being high control, my P.O. had more important things to worry about.Meaning High Control Parolee's.I aquired a job that made it impossible to report in person so I began mailing in my reports. In them I explained my situation.I did go in the second month of employment to report an address change.Again he was unavailable and the Officer of the Day told me to ''try and get a hold of him over the phone and hope he doesn't violate you.''I added on the reports my housing was temporary and I needed to see him to discuss my options with Half-Way Houses or any other options I may have had.Again no response to the point I became homeless and ended up losing my job.I received a letter stating my P.O. was going to my last residence and I attempted to meet him but he never came.I was afraid this would happen so I had a witness with me as well as the person I was residing with previously.I went as far as informing my previous Landlord of my situation and they also confirmed he never showed there either.Next I received a violation.
