Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Misapropriation of funds
I took money from my job over the last 12 years.(20-50,000?) Once discovered, I was fired & cashed in my IRA to make an initial restitution payment to boss of $8000. He doesn't seem to want to file charges but keeps having a lawyer call my Mother who is elderly & sick trying to get money from her. What should I do
