Misdeanors

I was convicted of a misdeanor almost 20 yrs ago....in Arizona. I was on probation for 3yrs and served 90 days on a work plan. It was an indecent exposure in front of a minor (14yr old boy). I have never been in trouble since and underwent group therapy for 3 yrs. While not a pedophille, it was incredible poor judgement. Does this stay in my criminal records? Thank you

Yes. RE-post this to Arizona attorneys to ask if it can be expunged - probably not, but worth asking.

Because you were convicted in Arizona, your elligibility for expungement or some other relief depends upon Arizona law. California's courts have no authority to give you any relief from an Arizona conviction. Try posting this question again under Arizona law to learn more about your rights in that state's courts.
