Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
third misdemeanor bench
in california, my brother now has a bench warrant out in his name. It is for a misdemeanor, however, this is his third bench warrant because of his ''failure to appear'' . Each bench warrant was for all misdemeanors, but all warrants were for ''failure to appear'' what do you think he will be looking at, as far as serving time or whatever needs to be done? help needed right away! thank you in advance!

Re: third misdemeanor bench
Courts aren't happy with people ignoring their rules and power. He faces at least stiff fines, possible jail Have him contact me if serious about resolving this, and if in SoCal courts.
