Failing to do the work project is a violaton of probation. The judge could give you up to the maximum for the offense that got you on probation - for misdemeanor vandalism, that's a year in jail - minus credit for any time you've already served. Failure to make court dates is a new crime that carries even more potential jail time.
You are far more likely to avoid a long jail sentence if you take care of this now, instead of waiting to get arrested and dragged into court. Contact your attorney to find out how to get back in front of the judge.
You have an arrest warrant outstanding. You will have to return to court and try to negotiate a new 'deal' to keep you out of jail on the new charges of probation violation and on the original charges. I suggest you get an attorney to help you. If serious about doing so, feel free to contact me.
