Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I have a misdemeanor warrant with no bond for a probation violation in Florida. i need to know if California would extradite me to Florida if i were stopped and they found that i had this warrant. I am not trying to avoid this. I just want to use my own transportation to get to Florida. I understand that the states transportation is not very comfortable. Thank you

You'll only find the answer about extradition after you've spent time in some local jail along your route, if you're stopped for any reason, awaiting FL's response.

Yes California extradites people to other states. California is still a member of the union, despite my earlier, sarcastic posts.
