I missed my court date after completing the DEJ program what do I do next

Go to court ASAP, request the criminal clerk's office send the file to a courtroom, beg the judge for mercy for your screw-up and failure to appear, and make sure you have proof certificates of completion of ALL the terms of your probation and programs.
