Missed Court date
over 6 yrs ago jumped fence to gain access to an amusement park, we were cited and we did not pay fine, fine has since been paid, but now I was arrested as I had a bench warrant for my arrest for failure to appear, what can I expect on my new court date.

Re: Missed Court date
You have turned a infraction into a misdemeanor. You could have to pay money or do time in county jail, or both.

Re: Missed Court date
potentially a stiff fine and some jail time as punishment for dissing the court. I suggest you get counsel to protect you. Feel free to contact me if interested in doing so, if the case is in SoCal.
