mistaminer reduced to an infraction

i got convicted of petty theft for the amount of 265.00 dollars... i would like to get my mistaminer reduced to an infraction if posible? what routs could i take to do so?

After you have completed all terms of probation that were ordered, or at least one year of your probation period, and you have no further convictions, you can file an Application to expunge your misdemeanor. If successful, that will allow you to say 'no' to convictions on most employment applications. Feel free to contact me to discuss doing this right.
