Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
my mother keeps harassing me and making threats to my husband and I by text. The threats are not physical, she's threatening to file false criminal charges against me and report my husband to INS, because of our religious beliefs after I told her to stop contacting me. She's sent at least 10 messages. Can I file aggravated harassment and discrimination charges?
