Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Motion for Alternative sentencing for a Federal Felony

I have a Federal felony that I previously did 4 months in a half-way house and 4 months electronic monitoring with 3 years supervised probation. I have just beeen violated and was sentenced to 7 months. I am not sure where. Is there anything motion or anything I can do to request to do my time in a half-way house and or electronic monitoring again. I am willing to do more time, just as long as I don't go to actual prison. The charge was for conspiracy for BK fraud, under Title 18. Please advise me. Thank you.

these are issues your attorney should be negotiating with the prosecutor and court. If you don't have counsel, you are at a severe disadvantage. Contact me if interested in doing this right.
