Hello my name is Nereyda i have a question my boyfriend was convicted on a murder charge they used hear say evidence against him ? also when the police searched his house they didnt find anything then 6mon later the DA said they had new evidence against him that were found in his clothes when poilce got on stand at trial they said they dont know were that came from...

You need to speak with the attorney who represented him at trial. There are exceptions to the rules against hearsay exclusions. If such testimony is admissible, then it is equal to any other evidence as can support a conviction. Without seeing what the actual testimony was, none of the attorneys on this site can say much as to any evidence you think was fake.

"Convicted" means the case is over. His remedy now is either a motion for new trial or an appeal. Hire an attorney local to you that does those.
