Notice Of Evader

I recieved a notice to Evader in the mail, I have no idea what this is and it reads very intimidating, any help on what this could be ?

The question would be easier to answer if I knew who had sent you the notice and what it said. My best guess -- and it really is just an educated guess -- is that you have been accused of driving on a toll road without paying the toll. It is also possible that you are being accused of evading taxes, arrest, or some other legal obligation or consequence. Without more information this is the best I can do.

"notice to Evader"? Do you mean 'eviction' notice to kick you out for non-payment of rent? If not, then it could be as Mr. Hoffman suggested, a toll violation.
