What are the requirements to get a pc211 expunged from record?Date of arrest was Dec. 1996 no further criminal record since then.What are the steps I need to take?

You may be able to get it expunged in several steps requiring motions and applications to the court. You are not eligilble if sentenced to or served prison time. If you think you qualify, feel free to contact me if interested in getting legal help doing this right.
