Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I would like to know. If a officer arrested you does he have to give you your maranda rights if you are on parole?

I don't know, but since you've been arrested once you should know better than to open your mouth.
No. Having been through the system before, you should know the rules, and the proper advice to exercise the 5th Amendment right to SHUT UP and do NOT talk to anyone except your attorney about your case. Now, if serious about hiring counsel in SoCal, feel free to contact me.
Police never "have to" read Miranda rights to anyone. Failure to do so does not invalidate an arrest. It just makes the answers to any questions police ask while the suspect is in custody in admissible in court when and if the suspect is prosecuted. The same rule applies in all cases, whether the subject is on parole or not.
