Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

outstanding warrants

i need legal advise on out standing warrants. awhile back i was arrested and missed my court date. i need a lawyer to resolve this problem so i can just pay a fine without jail time. this has also affected my driving record.

i want to take care of this problem asap. i have never had any legal issues except for this one. it all started with a ticket that was never paid, then a warrant was issued and i was arrested. i was down on my luck and irresponsible and didn't go to my court date. as stated before i want to take care of this asap.

If the underlying offense is an infraction, then you probably do not have to worry about jail. Give me a call and I can take care of the warrant for you. (310) 977-6711.

All you have to do is contact me to discuss the procedures and cost involved. I'd be happy to help you. You face fines, but probably no jail time.

Re: outstanding warrants

Thank you for your posting.

You are doing the right thing by treating this as a matter you should take care of, as there are many consequences to a warrant that are not favorable to you.

Penal Code 977 allows an attorney to appear for you to recall a warrant, and an attorney can appear, and recall the warrant, and then work on a strategy to resolve the case from there.

I hope that this information helps, but if you want more information, have further questions, or feel that you need legal representation, please feel free to email me directly at [email protected]. It's my pleasure to assist you in any way that I can.
