Yes. There is a Computerized Airline Passenger Prescreening Program System called CAPPS. I'm not sure of all the details but it is cause to worry if you have outstanding warrants.

Duh. You'll be taken away in cuffs when you check in. I suggest you deal responsibly with the warrants and stop having to look over your shoulder.
