Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
parole board
ok so if i took a deal because it was better than facing 3 life sentences then there is no way i can take it back even though this is my first violent offense never on parole or in prison before i would nt be abke to not take it back but complete half my sentence and come before the parole board then for another chance .

And the question is?
You understand that a deal is a deal, right? You give your word to the court to make it, you keep it, you don't get to change it. There are no 'do overs' like on the school playground. You'll deal with the parole board in the normal course when your hearing comes around.
