Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Parole board denies me contact husband

My husband and I got ourselves into some trouble with the law, we went away, did our time and are both on parole. Parole officers have forbidden us to communicate, Period!! We have a son together and have no intention on divorcing or sticking each other for child support. My son needs to be with both parents, as this is healthy for any child. What can I do to get this decision reversed? Is this lawful?? Help.

Spouses are not supposed to be separated that way by the system. Among other things, you can seek a court order instructing a change in terms. If interested in hiring counsel to represent you, contact me.

The justice system cannot conflict with or abridge consitutional rights or conflict with statutory rights without good cause. You should hire a lawyer to change the orders of the court.

Do not retain or pay money to a lawyer until you are satisfied the lawyer has specific experience in "42 USC 1983" cases. I have had specific experience litigating this exact type of case (parolees forbidden by CDC from contacting their spouses) and would be pleased to offer a free consultation.
