parole being charged with a crime

How could I help my boyfriend fight a case involving theft at a gym he attended in which they have him & his brother going into the locker room with a back pack but they have no visible proof it was actually my boyfried who broke into lockers.

I agree with Mr. Stone -- your boyfriend needs a lawyer.

Bear in mind that, even if he isn't the one who broke into lockers, he may still be guilty of a crime if he participated in the thefts or if he received stolen items with the knowledge that they were stolen. Even if he didn't commit a crime, his involvement may have violated the terms of his parole.

By hiring him an attorney, unless you're licensed to practice law and can represent him in the court proceedings. Do whatever 'legwork' the attorney can use.
