Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Parolee Rights and Discrimination

Released 2002 - Supervised Probation-complied with all requests. Received ok to CDL class A and to drive all states. Moved to another district and was told can no longer drive. Never failed drug test-never given any indication or proof of wrongful doing on parolees behavior. Now new officer states he is requesting house arrest. Can they arbitrarily do this without any foundation? Please HELP! Frustrated in California.

Re: Parolee Rights and Discrimination

We have seen lots of arbitrary behavior by CDC parole agents (is this the correct agency handling your case?). You should consult an attorney specializing in 42 USC 1983 civil rights cases.
