Passport and bench warrants

my friend has a bench warrant for not

finishing his school fro DUI. Can he get

his passport to go to mexico with us?

The answer to your question is that with an outstanding warrant, your friend can be arrested at any time, for any reason. So, while he can get his passport, traveling to and from Mexico across the border may be a problem.

Duh, no, and if he crosses the border or comes in contact with law enforcement anywhere, he'll be cuffed, arrested and transported to jail and then court. That's what 'arrest warrant' means.
