paying ticket for misdomeanor

my due date to pay my ticket of 360.00 is april 1st.I was going to take care of it today but i did not realize it was a holiday.I am hoping my husband can drop off payment for me april 1st,i have to be in san francisco for work i am flying there tonight.I just want to make sure that he can bring in payment for me with the ticket i will be out of town and i don't want to be arrested.please advise today!

Most courts don't issue warrants for a day or two, to account for such problems. Don't bet your life on it, but it is common. More to the point, have someone go to court and request a continuance on the case. Instead of paying the bail, you can then go see the judge and seek and expect some reduction in the fine, generally.
