G/THFT:$/LABOR/PROP $950+ That’s what my husband is getting charged for he stole merchandise from the company he worked for and he has court tomorrow idk if it’s video court he’s been in there for 2 nights already his job told me they were only suppose to charge him and he was suppose to be let out that same day and I’m confused

Just saw your midnight message. ''Confused" should be solved by getting him an attorney. What the company now tells you is no longer credible, as they are probably just trying to 'calm you down'.

By now he knows the actual charges he faces, and may have been released OR or bail set. Either way a good criminal defense attorney should be representing him to get the best possible outcome in these serious charges. If he is still being held, talk to his attorney about release and bail BEFORE spending all your money on bail in a panic. The attorney may be able to get bail reduced, saving you money you need for attorney fees.
