Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
pc1000, violations
i am doing pc1000 right now. i have tested clean, and my counsler realy likes me. two weeks ago i got a drunk in pblic ticket. i am not on probation, but will this mess my deal up? is there a way to fight this?

Fight it? Sure, it's called defense of the charges. Get an attorney to try to negotiate a deal that doesn't violate your PC1000 terms. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing this right.
