Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
pc1203.4
My wife is completing her RN program where the college is going to run the background checks. She had an instance in her past that was dissmissed and then completed a PC1203.4 on her record. Will this prevent her from getting a job as a nurse?

Re: pc1203.4
Maybe, depends upon the conviction. She should have checked with the nursing board before she spent the time and money in schooling.
