peeking & prauling

i was arested for looking in an apartment window at nite, i thaught the place was empty. well a lady was in there the cops arested me and charged me with peeking & prauling, 2 separate charges.what is the punishment? will i go to jail, or what. i am really worried . should i get a lawyer, icant afford one. what would the cost be.please help.

The court will appoint an attorney to represent you if you are financially unable to hire an attorney.
