peeping tom/video surveillance

My neighbor has installed a surveillance camera on his garage that is pointed at my deck where I sit outside. Is this legal? What should I do?

Re: peeping tom/video surveillance

He has a right to use it to protect his back yard, not to intrude on you if that was the only purpose. The facts and circumstances determine whether you have a right to complain. Contact him first instead of this forum to try to work it out.
