Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
If a person arrested for HS 11550 in California and charges files failure to appear ,warrant issued and then arrested on new charges for the HS 11550 and still had warrant at that time. person kept getting new charges first charge file February 2014 last charge filed November 2015 with a total of charge twelve and with failure to appear but has been consistent in being arrested for those other charges over and over again with warrant but kept on releasing . now they arrested person for all those warrant and want to proceed . What can be done to have al dismissed?
