Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
A person is charged with sodomy, lewd act and penetration with foreign object, with a minor. The minor victim has withdrawn the charges after turning major. What happens to the case? Is it get dismissed without a trial now that the victim has admitted that he made false allegations?
