Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
If a person was falsely accussed of being in possession of a firearm but was not and did not have it but was arressted for being an ex felon in possession of a fire arm and the peron is now serving 16 month in a state prison.what are the options

Serving time means he was convicted, meaning his claims didn't convince the judge or jury. If he thinks he has provable legal and factual grounds to appeal, and he is timely in doing so, and is willing to pay the quite expensive costs of doing so, feel free to contact me.
