The most probable outcome is that some FedEx man gets him an o-z and your package absolutely, positively disappears. Marijuana remains illegal under federal law and mailing it across state lines is also a federal crime. All FedEx packages go through their central hub in Memphis and it is trivial to detect your pot with a dog or X-ray. Theoretically you could be arrested and prosecuted. YMMV. If caught and prosecuted, at best you'll be peeing in a cup for a long, long time.
