No. The card allows its holder to possess small amounts of marijuana for her own personal use. The card does not authorize her to become a drug dealer.

Nice try. It supposedly allows you to possess, not commit the felony of sales. It also does not immunize you from federal drug charges if caught in possession by federal authorities.
