I know a person going to pre-trial for the following charges. I am wanting to know what is the likelyhood of jail time and if so how much.

1 Felony PC 245(A)(1) FORCE OR ADW NOT FIREARM:GBI LIKELY

2 Felony PC 422 THREATEN CRIME W/INTENT TO TERRORIZE

3 Misdemeanor PC 242 BATTERY WITH SERIOUS BODILY INJURY

4 Misdemeanor PC 242 BATTERY WITH SERIOUS BODILY INJURY

5 Misdemeanor PC 273A(B) WILLFUL CRUELTY TO CHILD

6 Misdemeanor PC 148(A)(1) OBSTRUCT/RESIST/ETC PUBLIC/PEACE OFFICER/EMERGENCY MED TE

Worst case: four years on the 245, plus eight additional months for the 422. The misdemeanors would run concurrent to the prison sentence on the felonies.

If you have prior "strike" convictions or have served a prior prison term, that could substantially increase the potential sentence.
