if a person is sentenced to life in prison and he is pronounced medically dead while in prison and then somehow is brought back to life does that consider as a life sentence they technically died?

No. Barring parole or some other early release, a life sentence ends when the inmate actually dies. If he is revived, he is not entitled to get out on a technicality.
