Petty Theft Misdeamenor
i am 20 and i worked for sears central and my supervisor accused me for petty theft accumulated $300 worth of items. they called the cop and arrested me. my court date is end of month. i cannot afford to have a lawyer, should i plead guilty or not guilty? What kind of punishment do you think the judge will give me?

Ask the court to appoint a public defender and take his advice.
