Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

petty theift with 4 prison priors and 2 strikes

my boyfriend is facing charges of petty theift with 4 prison priors, and already has 2 strikes. Yet there was no merchendice missing, only witnesses saying they saw him take it and return it. Hes already spent over 7 months in prison and 2 months in county jail for proll violation, and now is being tried for the petty theift with 4 prison priors. I wanted to know what could be the out come of these charges and what amount of time he could get? Is it possible he could get a 3rd strike for this or not? and any other iformation you could give on this subject would be very help full.

3rd strike it is, and he faces 25 to life. He better get a good attorney.

It is a possibility that it may be a 3 strike case, that carries a 25-life sentence. It would be in his best interest to hire an aggressive and experienced attorney. Which court is he in? When is the court date? What is it set for? Please contact my office at 310/277-1707 to further discuss.

Sincerely,

Lawrence Wolf, Esq.
