Re: pety theft warrent

There is no statute of limitations on a probation violation. The warrant has been issued and if you are stopped by law enforcement, you could be taken into custody. If you go to court, get a lawyer and you should be able to work something out.

Re: pety theft warrent

Hire an attorney to make a court appearance to work out the best 'deal' he can. Provide the attorney all the sympathy facts you can, showing you have become a good citizen. The longer you wait, the more likely you are to come in contact with police, be arrested and transported to that court. It will then be too late to make a decent deal. If the court is in Southern Calif, feel free to contact me if intereseted in doing this right.
