Pictures of minors

If a minor was accused of a sex crime,and he was never questioned or arrested or charged with any crime and the victim's parent makes flyers with his picture and name and what they say he did and passes them out to junior high and high school students in his home town is this legal?

Legal, yes - not a crime; grounds for a slander lawsuit, yes. If it is worth it to you to file a lawsuit, and if there is a reasonable chance of being able to actually recover and collect any money from them, you can consider filing a suit. If so, feel free to contact me.
