Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
When a plea is withdrawn, does the case automatically go to trial or is there a possibility of another deal being offered???

If you are successful in withdrawing your plea, everybody will assume you want to go forward and fight, so you may not get the same deal offered again. It may get better... or it may get worse... or you may end up in trial. Talk with your lawyer about this.

No, but you've pissed off the DA and court, and shouldn't expect any cooperation or another deal. There are consequences for your every action, whether you understood that or not.
