Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
The police used the neighbors apartment above me to tap my phone my computer and place cameras in my house i would like to know my rights in regards to this. Plus they also went to my job and got me fired. Do i have grounds for a lawsuit.

If they had a warrant, which they certainly did, you have no grounds unless you can prove the warrant was illegally obtained by knowingly false information provided to the judge, or that they 'violated your civil rights' by willfully illegal conduct. Good luck with that.
