Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
A Police Officer in this County made 212 DUI arrests accounting for 46% of all DUI's arrests in California for the year of 2009. It is highly suspicious that this Police Department is using computer generated form templates. Is this legal?

This post is ridiculous. The police department can make whatever forms they want. What does that have to do with a DUI?
His 212 arrests do not amount to a tiny fraction of the 200,000 annual DUI arrests in CA, let alone 46%. Rather wild exaggeration there. His rate is a little over one every other day. Maybe 46& of his own small department's total.
Every department trains officers what language to use and how to fill out reports to be effective in court. That's their job, to get convictions. Your point?
