If the police have a ramey warrant instead of a warrant filed with the DAoffice what kind of case do the have against you. Are they waiting to use possible information you might give to help the case .

A Ramey Warrant is a nickname for a warrant that is issued before charges have been filed against the suspect. It doesn't have anything to do with strength or weakness of the case.
