police report
am I entitled to police arrest report after being arrested for 11550 before my court date no one else was involved I went to police department and was told that they would not give it to me before a disposition on my case

Your attorney will get a copy of the file when appearing for you at the arraignment.

You are not entitled to the narrative portion of the report. Your attorney will receive it at the time you are arraigned in court.
